Grey

The Grey toestops are designed for entry-level roller skating. Given their unique composition, they can be used both for indoor and outdoor skating.

  • Made with a mix of natural and acrylic rubber to obtain the proper balance between performance and durability.
  • The Grey toestop comes equipped on the Mirage and all Variant frames.
  • Roll Line© toestops and plates are designed with an optimal angle to augment the leverage necessary for jumps and spins.
  • Thanks to their unique formula, Roll Line© toestops do not leave marks on the skating surface, and ensure a long lifespan even on rough surfaces.

NOTE: Roll Line© toestops have a stem with metric measurements. Please check for compatibility with other brands.

Roll-Line does not sell directly to the public; to complete your purchase, please refer to an official reseller.

To change the height of the toestop, use a 5mm allen key to loosen the toestop screw.
The recommended distance from the ground is the one shown in the photo.

To avoid unwanted injuries or damages, avoid a toestop position that is too low with respect to the skating surface.
Make sure NOT to unscrew the tip of the toestop stem lower than the locking screw.

It is advised to verify the condition of your equipment at every use.
In particular, it is advised to check:

  • The correct tightness of the toestop screw, checking that the toestop does not rotate
  • The presence of grease on the toestop thread to guarantee a tight seal
  • not to tighten the toestop screw with excessive force to avoid stripping the thread.

It is recommended to substitute toestops when necessary to guarantee optimal performance.
Use the following photo as a guide for the MAXIMUM permissible level of wear of the toestop.
The excess use of the toestop can result in the exposure of metal parts which may be dangerous and may damage delicate surfaces (e.g., hardwood, parquet).

FURTHER RECOMMENDATIONS
It is preferable not to replace the toestops close to the competitions (less than 1 week).
Changing the toestops involves a variation in the behavior of the skates which requires a suitable adaptation time.

For additional info on how to change the toestops, please watch the video tutorial.
