Information provided pursuant to articles 13-14 of the GDPR 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purpose of protecting people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, we inform you as follows:
  1. Purpose of the Processing The data provided will be used for the purpose of: a) producing and marketing sporting goods, in particular for skating b) promoting one's business and products to retailers, end users and in general to those interested in skating and all physical and sporting activity, in particular through its websites, where the results of some competitions and the athletes who use Roll-Line products at the highest levels will also be presented to the public. c) fulfill the administrative and accounting obligations resulting from the tax legislation in force.

In the cases of the purposes referred to in points 1.a and 1.c, the provision of data is necessary to provide the requested service; any refusal to provide data will make it impossible to carry out the service. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on the Roll-Line websites involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. The information provided will not be communicated to subjects unrelated to its processing. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified users, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
