MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY FOR ROLL-LINE FRAMES

T.m. Technology srl a socio unico (hereinafter: "Roll-Line") provides a manufacturer's guarantee (hereinafter: "Roll-Line Warranty Program") to end customers who have purchased the frames referred to in point 1.1 if the requirements indicated below are met.

The following general conditions apply to the Roll-Line warranty program:

  1. Products covered by the Roll-Line Warranty Program, field of application.
    1. The Roll-Line Warranty Program applies to all Roll-Line frames.
    2. FRAME means the base of a plate as indicated in the photo at the end of this document. All extra components are excluded from the warranty such as: suspensions, trucks, pivot pins and related nuts, nylon pivot cups, kingpins, washers, nuts and screws, as they are consumable parts subject to wear and require periodic supervision and maintenance of mandatory nature.
  2. Scope of the Roll-Line Warranty Program.
    1. The Roll-Line Warranty Program applies worldwide.
    2. The Roll-Line Warranty Program is valid for an unlimited period, starting from the date of purchase by an end customer of a new product from a retailer belonging to the Roll-Line sales network.
    3. The risks and damages covered by the Roll-Line Warranty Program are: defects in materials and/or in the manufacturing of the Roll-Line frame owned by the participant only if is subject to correct use.
    4. Any other risks and damages NOT covered by the Roll-Line Warranty Program are:
      • Frames damaged in an accident not connected to the use for which the product was designed
      • Frames mounted with a lower number of screws than expected and/or with screws other than those sold by Roll-Line or supplied directly by the manufacturers of boots
      • Maintenance errors and damage caused by improper use (intentional or unintentional)
      • Scratches or dents that do not affect the functioning of the frame
      • Habitual wear
      • Damage due to improper maintenance or maintenance not carried out within the established terms
      • Damage due to incorrect installation of third-party, poor quality, defective or incompatible accessories. All equipment and accessories that do not carry the Roll-Line brand are intended to be third-party (including toestops, wheels, bearings, cushions etc.)
      • Damage caused by tampering or modifications to the frame
      • Theft
  3. Requirements to receive the benefits of the Roll-Line Warranty Program.
    1. The customer must be at least 18 years old (in the case of underage skaters, requests made by a parent or legal guardian will be accepted).
    2. To benefit from the Roll-Line Warranty Program, the customer must send his request within one week of the damage.
  4. Roll-Line Warranty Program claims in case of damage.
    1. To benefit from the warranty, the end customer must send a request to the website www.roll-line.it/en/lifetime-warranty/ and add a short-written description of the product defect together with: detailed photos of the damage, model name, size, indication of the right or left frame (where applicable), name of the retailer where the purchase was made. The end customer must also add their name and surname, an email address, their complete address and a telephone number where they can be contacted to organize any delivery of the spare part.
    2. In order to access the Roll-Line Warranty Program, the end customer must have successfully registered online at www.roll-line.com/garanzia-vita and filled in the necessary fields.
  5. Performance of the Roll-Line Warranty Program.
    1. If a complaint is made (in accordance with the provisions of the Roll-Line Warranty Program), Roll-Line will decide at its sole discretion whether to repair or replace the product. Any replacement product will always be shipped via the retailer where the original purchase was made.
    2. If the model is no longer produced, the participant will receive a comparable model in the same price range.
    3. Roll-Line and/or the retailer will take care of shipping the product to the address indicated by the end customer. In case of shipment to non-EEC countries, any customs duties or taxes applied at the time of importation and not dependent on the will of Roll-Line and/or the retailer are excluded.
  6. Necessary Conditions for the application of the Roll-Line Warranty Program.
    1. The benefits of the Roll-Line Warranty Program can only be applied if the request has been made as per point 4.1 and the frame has been correctly registered as per point 4.2.
    2. The frame and all its components must have been kept in a state of correct maintenance according to the guidelines available when registering the product at www.roll-line.com/garanzia-vita.
    3. Any replacement of the product occurs only after sending photos documenting the damage (as per point 4.1) and only after the unquestionable judgment of Roll-Line which will evaluate each case individually.
    4. If the end customer has not complied with one or more points described above, Roll-Line reserves the right not to proceed with the replacement of the product.
  7. Use and disclosure of personal data.
    1. The collection, use and disclosure of the customer's personal data takes place in accordance with the Roll-Line privacy policy published on the Roll-Line website and which can be consulted at the time of registration. The registered end customer's personal data will be used for processing the warranty request to and for the possible sending of periodic technical information material (newsletter) subject to the explicit consent of the client at the time of subscription. The collected data will not be forwarded and/or shared (even partially) to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned above.
  8. Termination of the Roll-Line Warranty Program.
    1. Roll-line reserves the right to terminate the Roll-Line Warranty Program at any time. After termination, warranty cases acquired after the termination date will no longer be accepted. This does not affect the participation of previously registered customers.
  9. Final provisions.
    1. The law regulating the Roll-Line Guarantee Program is exclusively the law of the Italian Republic.
    2. The competent court is Treviso, regardless of the fact that:
      1. the customer does not have a general jurisdiction in the Italian Republic or transfers his domicile or habitual residence after the conclusion of the contract outside the area of application of the Italian Republic.
      2. the domicile or habitual residence of the party against whom legal action is to be taken is not known at the time the action is brought.
